In my quest to have healthy meals everyday, this is what I came up with today.
Ginisang Spinach- Spinach has a lot of health benefits.
Fresh Tomatoes- It has lycopene, among others.
Now, lets discuss tilapia- articles in the net varies, some says it is healthy, others says it is worse than bacon. One of the dangers is that it might have mercury.
For its health benefits, it has protein, omega 3S, it can help in heart disease prevention and weight control. Its really up to you to decide.
Red rice which is healthier than white rice.
