Health is wealth.

I have been monitoring my BP these past few days as required by a Cardiologist last summer. (It's only now that I complied). My BP has been quite elevated and research on the net reveals that I may have mild hypertension. Of course, this would lead to very serious health consequences if not taken care of like heart problems, stroke and kidney problems. Hence, I made research on the net and with God's grace He will heal me and help me pursue a healthy eating habit and lifestyle. So, these are the things I need to do:
1. Reduce Carbohydrates and Sugar.
2. Increase potassium, magnesium and calcium.
3. Intake of fatty fish rich in Omega 3.
4. Drink tea.
5. Eat beets.
6. Plenty of fruits, vegetables and low dairy.
7. Take out cholesterol from your diet.
8. Exercise, at least 30-60 min, 4 times a day in a week.
9. Practise slow and deep breathing.
10. Reduce salt.
11. Dark chocolates.
12. Co enzyme Q10.
13. Soy.
14. No processed food.
15. Garlic and Vit. C.

On the other hand, to take care of kidneys:
1. 8-10 glasses of water each day.
2. eat healthy food.
3. exercise.
4. no sugar.
5. monitor BP.
6. No salt.
7. Do not resist the urge to urinate.
8. no sodas.
9. emotions in check.
10. free range chicken and eggs.
11. vitamins D food like oily fish, mushroom, fish, tofu, milk, egg, soy.
12. no high protein like meats.
