My favorite native delicacies in Daet, Camaries Norte

Pili abound in I think the whole of Bicol Region. And from said nut, they came up with several delicacies. My favorites so far are:

And recently, this Pili Yema. I did not find this at any of the usual pasalubong centers. A very dignified, super humble and super bait RTC Judge in Daet gave this to us. This does not taste so sweet. The sweetness is just right and it is crunchy.
